Q: Are all of your small dc motor and small dc gear motor reversible?A: Yes.
Q: What is the delivery time of the sample?
A: One week or two, if you choose from our regular specifications. It takes 3 weeks or more if it is not regular specifications.
Q: Can I get free samples from you?
A: All our samples are free for you, though we charge double the price as bulk order price.
You may don't understand. Here's the reason: many consumer customers only want 1 or 2, but we only deal with bulk orders.
So we set this rule to select target customers. :)
Don't worry, the samples charge will be refunded as payment of motors later when you place a bulk order.
Q: What is the delivery time of bulk order mass production?
A: Generally speaking, about 25 days. It may take longer time if it is a very big quantity or other special situation.
Q: Do you accept small quantity?
A: Yes, we accept small order only if it is for samples, we do not accept small order. Generally speaking, most of our motors MOQ is 1000pcs, few of our motors require MOQ 5000pcs (for those very small dc motors). And also special motors have MOQ 500pcs.
Q: Do you have motors in stock?
A: No, not always. All motors are made with orders and with custom specifications. But sometimes we got some specific models in stock if you want products in stock, just ask our team for more information.
Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
A. Yes.
Q: How to make payment?
A: You can choose the payment method you prefer. We always offer 2 options:
a) PayPal for samples. We prefer PayPal for a small amount of money.
b) T/T for orders. Regular payment terms: 50% deposit, balance before shipment/balance against shipping documents.
Q: How to deliver?
A: a) For samples and total gross weight less than 100KG, we recommend our freight forwarder, they have a really good discount to many countries. It is very fast and safe.
b) We go with FOB/CIF/CFR/DAP terms if shipment by sea and by air.
